1. Acceptance
These terms govern the use of rmz (rmz.digital). By installing rmz in your store or using its dashboard, you agree to them on your own behalf and on behalf of the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms are read together with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.
2. The service
rmz is an analytics and reporting tool for online stores. It connects your store data with your ad accounts, attributes each order to the campaign, channel, influencer or coupon it came from, and shows ad spend against actual sales.
We may add, change or retire features as the service evolves, and we will notify you in the dashboard of any material change.
3. Account and team
- An account starts when rmz is installed from your store platform's app store; the person who installs it becomes the account owner.
- The owner can invite team members and set each member's role, and is responsible for activity in the account through them.
- Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Connecting ad platforms
- Connecting your Google, Meta, TikTok or Snapchat accounts is optional and is done with your consent on the platform's own page.
- We use these connections only to read campaign performance data and show it to you. rmz does not create or modify campaigns, change budgets, or change your ad account settings.
- You can disconnect any platform at any time from the "Connections" page, or revoke access in the platform's own settings.
- Your use of ad platforms is governed by their own terms; rmz is not a party to your relationship with them.
5. Your data
- Your store data and your customers' data belong to you. We process it on your behalf only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- rmz adds a script to your storefront that records visits and uses cookies. You are responsible for informing your customers of this in your store's privacy policy and for complying with the laws that apply to your store.
- When the app is uninstalled from your store, the store's data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use rmz to:
- Carry out any activity that breaks the law or the terms of your store platform or the ad platforms.
- Attempt to access another store's data, bypass permissions, disrupt the service, or test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
- Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
7. Fees and subscriptions
- Where the service or some of its features are paid, plans and prices are shown before you subscribe, and payment is made through the store platform you installed rmz from.
- Cancellations and refunds follow that platform's policy.
- We will not change the fee of an active subscription without notifying you in advance.
8. Accuracy of figures
Attribution is an estimate based on what the store script records and what the ad platforms make available, and it can be affected by browser tracking prevention, platform delays or your store's settings. We work to keep figures accurate but do not guarantee they are complete or error-free, nor any particular business outcome from decisions you base on them.
9. Availability and liability
- We aim to keep the service running, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, including outages of connected platforms.
- The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability does not exceed what you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using rmz at any time by uninstalling it from your store.
- We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or whose continued operation puts the service or other stores at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
11. Intellectual property
rmz, its design, code and brand belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the service for your store while your account is active and do not transfer any ownership to you.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above. We will notify you in the dashboard of any material change before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
